Kistje is a personal home inventory service. It helps you record what you own, enrich entries with AI-extracted details and photos, and estimate second-hand value. The service is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. Provide a valid email address and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.

Use Kistje lawfully and do not abuse the service. That includes not attempting to access other users' data, not circumventing rate limits or security controls, and not automating bulk requests against the AI or marketplace features.

AI-generated content and price estimates

Item details, generated photos, and resale values are produced by AI and third-party market data. They are approximations provided for information only — not professional valuations or appraisals. Verify important details yourself before selling, insuring, or claiming.

You keep ownership of the content you add. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, process, and display it so the service works. You can export or delete all of it at any time from Settings.

We aim to keep Kistje available and improving, but the service is provided on a best-effort basis without an uptime guarantee. Features may change, and we may suspend functionality for maintenance or security reasons.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, data loss caused by factors outside our control, or decisions made on the basis of AI-generated content. Keep your own backups of important records via the export function.

You can stop using Kistje and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be announced in the app or by email before they take effect.
